The reader features a door contact sensor input, alarm output and tamper alarm output. For outdoor installations we recommend using the Anviz SC011 controller, so the signal can be routed to a secure location. The SC011 is available in the options on this page. The reader can be managed on the device itself, via the CrossChex app or with the free CrossChex software on a PC (connection via mini USB, Wi-Fi or RJ45). Thanks to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, the reader works with the app and the door can also be opened from the PC software. Installation is straightforward. The C2 KA is powered by a 12 V DC adapter (not included) or via PoE (Power over Ethernet, 802.3af standard).
