Detection

With effective motion detection, your alarm system is always on high alert. At UMATECH, you'll find a complete range of sensors that optimally cover any room or garden – from compact PIR detectors for your hallway to smart photo detectors that immediately send image verification in the event of an alarm.

• Indoor PIR detectors use infrared to detect heat differences and only activate when there are genuine intruders. Pet-immune models ignore cats or small dogs up to approximately 25 kg.
• Dual-tech sensors combine PIR with microwaves to filter out temperature fluctuations and draughts – ideal for garages and warehouses.
• Photo detectors and MotionCam models send a quick photo sequence to your app. This way, you can immediately see whether it's a burglary or an innocent object, saving you unnecessary follow-up.
• Outdoor detectors feature two PIRs with anti-masking and a sun-reflecting hood; rain, insects, or moving branches are digitally suppressed.

Each sensor operates on an encrypted 868 MHz connection and, depending on the model, can run for up to five years on a single CR123 battery. Installation is simple: attach the SmartBracket to the wall, click the sensor on, scan the QR code in the UMATECH app, and you're done. Use the app to adjust sensitivity, walk test, or LED indication, and view the battery level.

Make your system even smarter with automations like "Sensor activated → outdoor lights on." Order before 5 PM (provided we have it in stock) and we'll ship the same day – so your home or business can be equipped with fast, reliable motion detection tomorrow.
