A magnetic door holder keeps a door open as long as needed and automatically closes it in the event of a fire alarm or power failure. Ideal for hallways, escape routes, healthcare facilities, schools, or public buildings. At UMATECH, you'll find reliable door holders with high holding power, CE marking, and easy installation.

Our models are suitable for:

  • Fire doors or self-closing doors
  • Applications according to NEN 2535/NEN-EN 14637
  • Floor or wall mounting
  • Control via fire alarm system or relay controller

Choose from 24 V DC or 230 V AC models , with or without a manual release button. Holding forces range from 50 to 100 kg, sufficient for heavy doors or doors with strong drafts. Most models are equipped with:

  • Impact-resistant housing
  • Release button for manual closing
  • Rotating anchor plate for self-centering closure
  • Mounting plate and cable entry

The magnet is easily connected to a central power supply or directly to a fire alarm panel. In the event of a power failure or fire alarm, the power is interrupted and the door closes automatically using the connected door closer—fully compliant with safety regulations.

Order before 5 PM (if in stock) and we'll ship the same day – so tomorrow you can equip all your doors with smart, secure door holders that open and close when needed.
