Ajax DoorProtect – Wireless door sensor

This smart, compact opening detector is part of the Ajax Baseline alarm system and provides reliable protection for doors and windows. The magnetic contact immediately detects an opening and sends a notification to the central hub, with a wireless range of up to 1200 meters in open space. Thanks to its sophisticated design, it can be installed on virtually any type of door, including metal.

The detector consists of two parts (sensor and magnet) and comes with two magnets for flexible installation: a large magnet for distances up to 2 cm and a small magnet for distances up to 1 cm. The battery is pre-installed and offers a long lifespan (up to 5–7 years, depending on use and model). The system is additionally protected against sabotage, manipulation, and jamming.

The PLUS functionality adds vibration and tilt detection: it registers shocks, loud bangs, and changes in vertical tilt. This also effectively monitors windows in ventilation positions. There's also the option to connect a wired NC detector from a third-party manufacturer for added flexibility.

With the free Ajax app, you can manage settings, receive real-time notifications about alarms and events, and check the status of all connected devices. Integration with cameras enables live video streams. The app is intuitive to use and compatible with multiple users and devices.
