With the Ajax FireProtect 2 AC Black, you're assured of fast and effective fire detection. The heat detector sends a notification within a second of a rapid temperature increase and features a built-in siren with an 85-decibel volume. This model is specifically designed for heat detection and does not include a smoke or carbon monoxide detector.
Installation is easy thanks to the pre-installed SmartBracket with WAGO 221 connection terminals. The device uses the Jeweller radio protocol for fast communication between the various Ajax alarm components. The Ajax FireProtect 2 AC Black can be mounted wirelessly within a distance of 1700 meters from the central hub, and this distance can be extended with signal repeaters.
The Ajax FireProtect 2 AC Black operates on a 110-240V power supply and is equipped with a ten-year backup battery, ensuring you are always protected, even during power outages. The device performs regular self-tests and features tamper protection. Thanks to its patented smoke chamber, the sensor is protected from dust and dirt, minimizing maintenance.
