Possibilities

The Ajax WaterStop White 3/4" is a compact, wireless water stop with a 3/4" (26.9 mm) connection that can be easily installed on existing drainage systems. You can remotely close a valve in five seconds, ideal in combination with the Ajax LeaksProtect or an external water leak detector to prevent leaks or flooding. The powerful actuator ensures rapid shutoff, and the UMA WaterStop can be installed within a 1100-meter (open space) radius of the central hub.

Suitable for both homes and building complexes, the Ajax app the ability to name spaces where the Ajax LeaksProtect is located. This enables rapid response to leaks and automated shutoff of the UMA WaterStop. The valve meets ISO 5211 standards and is protected against overheating up to 120 degrees Celsius. With IP-56 protection and tamper protection, the system is suitable for both cold and hot water pipes.

The The Ajax WaterStop is crafted from solid brass and comes with four pre-installed batteries that last up to three years. It can also be powered by a 9-12V power supply. Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
