The Ajax WaterStop Black 3/4" is an essential component of the Ajax Baseline alarm system, designed to protect your home or business from water leaks. Ajax, a pioneer in security technology, offers a reliable and effective solution for both residential and commercial properties with this water stop.

With the Ajax WaterStop, you can remotely close a valve in five seconds, significantly reducing the risk of water damage. The powerful actuator ensures fast and efficient shutoff. This device works seamlessly with the Ajax LeaksProtect or other external water leak detectors to prevent flooding.

The Ajax WaterStop is easy to install and manage via the Ajax app, which lets you receive notifications, set up scenarios, and monitor the status of your security devices. The app provides detailed event information and can be accessed from multiple devices and by multiple users.

This device is suitable for both residential and commercial applications and can be installed within a 1100-meter (open space) radius of the central hub. The valve is made of solid brass and comes with four pre-installed batteries that last up to three years. The Ajax WaterStop can also be powered by a 9-12V power supply.

The UMA WaterStop is protected against overheating up to 120 degrees Celsius and has an IP-56 rating, making it resistant to dust and powerful water jets. The system is suitable for both cold and hot water pipes and offers protection against sabotage and jamming.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
