The Dahua IPC-HDBW3441R-ZS is an advanced 4-megapixel dome camera from the Dahua AI series. This robust camera is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and features a light-sensitive Starlight image sensor, a resolution of 2688x1520 pixels, and night vision up to 50 meters thanks to powerful infrared illumination.

AI functionality and reliability
Thanks to its built-in AI chip, the camera supports features like perimeter protection and Smart Motion Detection Plus (SMD Plus). SMD filters out moving objects like people and vehicles, minimizing false alarms caused by pets, leaves, or changing light. AI also enables quick video search by classifying objects.

Image quality and performance
The camera offers razor-sharp images, even in challenging lighting conditions, thanks to Dahua's Starlight technology. Even in extremely low light (0.005 lux), usable color images are still available. In complete darkness, the camera automatically switches to infrared illumination. The built-in IR LEDs have a range of 50 meters. Thanks to 120dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), the camera easily handles backlighting, such as bright sunlight or headlights.

Storage and connectivity
Recordings can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR) or directly on a microSD card up to 256 GB (not included). The camera supports ONVIF and can be managed via an internal web server, the Dahua VMS software, or the free Dutch app for iOS and Android.

Installation and robustness
The camera is easy to install and adjustable on three axes, making it flexible for wall or ceiling mounting. It can be powered via PoE (802.3af) or an optional 12V DC adapter. With an IP67 rating, it is fully weatherproof, and thanks to its IK10 housing, it is also vandal-resistant.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.
