The Dahua IPC-HDW5241TMP-ASE is a 2-megapixel Full HD Pro AI Wizmind series eyeball camera with a fixed 2.8mm lens, infrared night vision, SD card slot, and 120dB WDR for indoor and outdoor use. The camera is ideal for use in homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, and commercial spaces.
Possibilities
The Dahua IPC-HDW5241TMP-ASE displays images in Full HD 1920x1080 resolution. The camera has a built-in automatic IR cut filter, making it a true day/night camera. In dark conditions, the camera can activate its built-in IR illumination, providing crystal-clear images even in complete darkness (0 lux). The IR illumination has a range of up to 50 meters.
The camera features 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), which allows it to handle complex lighting conditions such as backlight from the sun or car headlights exceptionally well. With its fixed 2.8mm lens, the camera has a 106-degree horizontal angle of view.
Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other devices. The camera also features in-camera recording on a microSD card up to 256GB.
Dahua offers a free Dutch app for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed with a web browser. Free Video Management Software (VMS) for computers can be downloaded from the Dahua website. A link to the manufacturer's product page is included under the "Documentation" tab.
The Dahua IPC-HDW5241TMP-ASE has an IP67 rating, making it ideal for outdoor use. For ease of installation, the camera can be powered via the network cable using Power over Ethernet (standard 802.3af PoE). PoE can be supplied through a PoE NVR, a PoE switch, or with a PoE injector. The camera can also be powered with an optional 12V power adapter. Under the Options tab, you can specify whether a PoE injector is included.
The camera is adjustable over 3 axes and therefore also very suitable for placing vertically against a wall.
