The Dahua KTD02(S) complete 2-wire surface-mounted IP video doorbell intercom kit includes a VTO2202F-L outdoor station and a VTH2622GW-W intercom monitor (WiFi or wired). Free PC software and a mobile app for iOS and Android are available. An electric lock can be connected directly to the outdoor station, as well as a DEE1010B safety relay for increased security for the lock control or for a second lock. An exit button and a door contact can also be connected. Detectors such as a PIR sensor can be connected to the monitor to create a small-scale alarm system. Images from IP cameras on the same network can be displayed on the indoor monitor.

Installation
Both the outdoor station and the indoor monitor must be powered by the included 48VDC adapter. The system does not operate on PoE. The outdoor station connects to the monitor via a 2-wire connection. The monitor connects to the local network (LAN, such as a router or switch) with a network cable (not included) or via Wi-Fi to the local Wi-Fi network (WLAN). A 2-wire controller is not required. In addition to the complete kit, a 2-wire cable is also required for the power supply and for the 2-wire connection between the outdoor station and the monitor. This amounts to a total of 4 wires. A surface-mounted housing for the outdoor station is included.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
