Discover the ultimate security solution with the Dahua KTP01L(S) IP Video Doorbell Kit, now available from UMATECH. This complete set includes everything you need for an advanced intercom system. The kit includes a VTO2201F-P outdoor station and a stylish VTH2421FW-P indoor monitor with a white housing. You'll also receive a Dahua 4-port PoE switch including a power adapter and a VTM115 surface-mounted housing for the outdoor station.

For installation, you'll need a network cable and a PC or Mac for a one-time setup. Once the PoE switch is connected to your network, you can control the doorbell system from anywhere with internet access. Conduct audio and video calls with visitors and easily open a connected electric door lock or gate.

With the free Dahua mobile app, available for iOS (iDMSS Plus) and Android (gDMSS Plus), and the SmartPSS software for Windows, you can easily control the intercom system from your smartphone or PC. View live camera feeds from the outdoor station and save them with a Network Video Recorder (NVR) or a NAS such as Synology Surveillance Station.

Easily expand the KTP01L(S) intercom system with additional outdoor stations or indoor monitors. The included switch provides two additional available PoE ports. Connect an additional chime to the indoor monitor and use the built-in alarm system with wired universal detectors.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?
