Discover the advanced UMA IP Video Doorbell Kit, a complete solution for your security needs. This kit includes the UMA VTO2311R-WP outdoor station and the UMA VTH2621G-WP indoor monitor, both with stylish black housings. Please note: power supplies are not included.

Both devices easily connect to your network via a network cable and are powered by PoE. The UMA VTO2311R-WP is equipped with a 2-megapixel Full HD camera with a 110-degree horizontal field of view, infrared illumination, and an ICR infrared filter for excellent night vision capabilities. Thanks to its 120dB Wide Dynamic Range technology, this camera delivers clear images even in backlit conditions.

The durable plastic housing of the UMA VTO2311R-WP has an IP65 rating, making it suitable for outdoor use. For optimal performance, it is recommended to install the outdoor station in a location that is not directly exposed to water.

With the UMA VTH2621G-WP indoor monitor, you can conduct both audio and video calls with visitors at the outdoor station or between multiple monitors. You can also unlock two doors from the monitor and view images from UMA or ONVIF-compatible IP cameras.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
