Possibilities

The UMATECH UMA camera delivers images in 4MP Full HD with 2336x1752 (optical) and 256x192 (thermal) resolution. With built-in automatic day/night IR and smart IR illumination, the camera offers night vision up to 30 meters. The dual lens ensures smart and reliable motion detection, even in challenging conditions such as smoke, fog, and bright backlight.

Thanks to the thermal lens, the camera can take temperature measurements, enabling early fire and overheating detection. The camera also features tripwire and intrusion detection and can be configured to detect cigarette or cigar smoking and phone calls. Image fusion combines images from the thermal and optical lenses for a detailed image. Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR) or on a microSD card up to 256GB.

The UMA camera has an IP67 rating, making it perfect for outdoor use. The camera can be powered with an optional 12V power adapter. Under the "Options" tab, you can specify whether a mounting bracket is included.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?
