Possibilities

The Tonmind IP Audio PoE speaker is ideal for playing music via platforms like Spotify and can be integrated into public address systems. The device supports scheduled audio playback and is compatible with various software packages, including the free IP Tool for Windows and the paid Audio Manager, PA Lite, and PA Pro. Orders of €1,500 (including VAT) or more for Tonmind speakers include a free license for Audio Manager. Please note: Cancellation of the order is not possible after the software license has been issued.

Installation

The Tonmind IP speakers are easy to install and require only a network cable to connect to your LAN. Power can be supplied via standard 802.3af PoE or 12VDC (not included). Mounting hardware is included, and the speaker can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. The user-friendly web interface allows you to easily configure the speaker via a browser on a Windows PC or Mac. Some knowledge of IP network audio is required for configuration.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
