The UMATECH Tonmind IP Audio PoE speaker is designed to play music, broadcast messages and alerts, and play audio files at scheduled times. With support for popular music platforms like Spotify and compatibility with SIP VoIP and ONVIF protocols, this speaker offers unparalleled flexibility.

UMATECH offers several software packages for configuring and using the loudspeaker. The free IP Tool for Windows assists with configuration, while Audio Manager, PA Lite, and PA Pro (client or server) offer advanced features. These packages are available with a one-time license and a one-month free trial. With a purchase of €1500 (including VAT) worth of Tonmind loudspeakers, you will receive a free license for Audio Manager.

Easy Installation

Installing the Tonmind IP Audio PoE speakers is easy. Connect the speaker to your LAN network with a network cable and power it via standard 802.3af PoE or 12VDC/24VDC (not included). Mounting hardware is included, and the speaker can be wall-mounted either vertically or horizontally using the included mounting plate. Basic knowledge of IP network audio is required for configuration.

The speaker features a web interface accessible via a browser on a Windows PC or Mac. In addition, Tonmind models have an alarm input for direct wired connections to alarm systems, access control, IP cameras, and more.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?
