UniFi Access Door Hub

The UniFi Access Door Hub is an advanced controller designed to manage access doors within the UniFi Access system. This hub provides reliable, secure, and efficient door control, ideal for professional environments.

Compact and durable design
The Access Door Hub features a rugged polycarbonate enclosure measuring 174.9 x 126 x 32.9 mm and weighing 363 g . Thanks to its durable material and high-quality finish, the device can withstand prolonged indoor use.

Hardware and connectivity
The hub is equipped with five 10/100/1000 Base-T network ports and supports PoE++ for both power and data transfer over a single cable. The PoE input is 50V DC, 1A , while the PoE output provides up to 20W of total power across all four ports.

  • Without PoE output: maximum consumption 30W
  • With PoE output: maximum consumption 50W
    The Access Door Hub meets UL 294 Power-limited Class 2 and UL 60950-1/62368-1 LPS/PS2 standards, ensuring safe power distribution.

Operation and control functions
The hub features multiple digital inputs, including request to leave, request to enter, remote unlock, and door sensor. It also has dry relay outputs for lock (30V DC, 1A) and AUX (30V DC, 1A), as well as 12V DC relay outputs.

Use and environment
The Access Door Hub is designed for indoor use with an operating environment of 0 to 40°C and 5 to 95% non-condensing humidity . It meets UL 294 Level I standards for destructive attack, line security, endurance, and standby power.

Certifications and Compliance
The hub is certified to CE, FCC, IC, UL 294 , and CAN/ULC-60839-11-1 standards. It meets the requirements of the National Electrical Code (ANSI/NFPA 70, Article 725.121) for Class 2 and 3 circuits.

Wiring information
For optimal operation, the following cable specifications are recommended:

  • Recommended cable: UACC-Cable-DoorLockRelay (18 AWG)
  • PoE cabling: minimum 24 AWG (0.21 mm²)
    The wiring table specifies the recommended wire size depending on the cable length and current rating up to 1A at 12V DC.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.
