The UniFi Access Gate Hub , available from Umatech , is a powerful and versatile controller designed for advanced access control systems. This device serves as the central hub of a UniFi Access installation, combining connectivity, power, and security in a single, compact, durable enclosure.

Compact and durable design
Measuring 175 x 126 x 26 mm and weighing 460 g , the Access Gate Hub features a robust polycarbonate housing. Mounting is easy thanks to the included DIN rail , making installation in a variety of environments effortless.

Network and power supply
The hub is equipped with five Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Base-T) and supports PoE++ for efficient power and data distribution.

Hardware features and connections
The Access Gate Hub features a white/blue LED indicator , a factory reset button , and multiple digital inputs and relay outputs for access control applications:

Wiring and installation
The recommended cable length depends on the conductor size, ranging from 25 m (24 AWG) to 100 m (18 AWG) . For locks:

  • UA-Lock-Electric (400mA): 100 m
  • UA-Lock-Magnetic-270kg (800mA): 46 m
  • UA-Lock-Magnetic-540kg (500mA): 80 m
  • Other locks (1A): 36 m

Use of Cat 5e or higher cables is recommended.

Environmental specifications
The Access Gate Hub is designed for indoor use or outdoor use in combination with a waterproof junction box .

Safety and certifications
The hub complies with UL 294 , CE , FCC , IC , and CAN/ULC-60839-11-1 standards (Grade I). Its construction has been tested for durability, line protection, and standby power to Level I specifications.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.
