Bij UMATECH werken we met een groot netwerk aan leveranciers, en een eigen loods in hartje Amsterdam. Om een zo breed mogelijk aanbod aan onze klanten aan te bieden, maken we strakke afspraken met leveranciers en houden we voorraad in onze opslag. Wij werken elke werkdag en versturen de bestellingen dagelijks om 17:00 zodat ze (meestal) de volgende dag bezorgd kunnen worden. Er kunnen een aantal mogelijkheden zijn met jouw bestelling:
1. Je product is op voorraad in Amsterdam: Top! Mits voor 16:00 besteld, verzenden wij je bestelling dezelfde dag nog.
2. Beschikbaar bij EU leverancier: Leveranciers in Europa verzenden voor 12:00 dezelfde dag nog naar ons bedrijfspand. Daarom kunnen we met veel nabestellingen snel schakelen. Onder de koopknop staat de meest actuele leverinformatie. Neem contact op als je zeker wilt zijn van een bepaalde leverbelofte.
3. Niet bij EU leverancier: Soms kan het tot 10 dagen duren voor een EU leverancier z'n eigen voorraad weer heeft. Daar moeten wij op onze beurt ook op wachten.
4. Beschikbaar bij niet-EU leverancier: UMATECH koopt ook direct bij de fabrikant in. Dit is meestal buiten Europa en made-to-order. Oftewel: pas als wij de bestelling plaatsen worden de artikelen geproduceerd. Hierdoor duurt het meerdere weken tot we het hebben. Kan je daarop wachten? Mooi. Zo niet, laat het even weten en dan bespreken we de mogelijkheden.
Met meer dan 5000 producten doen we ons uiterste best onze klanten vooraf zo goed mogelijk te informeren. Mocht iets toch langer duren nemen we direct contact op om de mogelijkheden te overleggen.

Nog geen vaste klant van UMATECH
Nog geen vaste klant bij UMATECH, maar kan je uitsluitend op factuur betalen omdat je bijvoorbeeld een groot bedrijf bent met een administratie die uitsluitend per factuur kan betalen? Kies dan voor de betaaloptie bij het afrekenen "Op factuur betalen". Je ontvangt na het plaatsen van je bestelling de factuur met daarop alle benodigde gegevens. Mocht er nog iets aan toegevoegd moeten worden zoals een PO nummer, laat het ons weten en maakt de administratie het zo snel mogelijk in orde.
Consumenten hebben recht op een 14 daagse bedenktermijn. Binnen die 14 dagen kan je zonder reden je product terugsturen mits het voldoet aan de retourvoorwaarden.
