The Ubiquiti UniFi Dream Machine Special Edition (UDM-SE), available from Umatech , is a professional-grade all-in-one gateway designed for ultimate network performance, security, and management. With its premium finish, integrated storage, and extensive connectivity options, the UDM-SE is ideal for both business and demanding home networks.

Robust design
The UDM-SE is built with a durable enclosure of CNC aluminum and SGCC steel , suitable for rack mounting with SGCC steel mounting hardware. Measuring 442.4 x 43.7 x 285.6 mm and weighing 4.95 kg , this unit offers industrial reliability and an elegant finish.

Powerful hardware
The Dream Machine SE is powered by a quad-core ARM Cortex-A57 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz and features 4GB of DDR4 memory for smooth performance. For storage, there's 16GB of eMMC onboard and an integrated 128GB SSD , ideal for UniFi Protect logs and video.
With an IDS/IPS throughput of 3.5 Gbps, the UDM-SE ensures optimal security without compromising on speed.

Efficient nutrition
The internal 240W AC/DC power supply supports a voltage range of 100 to 240VAC , with a maximum power consumption of 50W excluding PoE output. It also supports USP-RPS as a redundant power supply.

Network and PoE connectivity
The UDM-SE offers extensive networking options:

  • WAN : 1x 2.5 GbE RJ45 port + 1x 10G SFP+
  • LAN : 8x 1 GbE RJ45 ports + 1x 10G SFP+

In addition, the device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) with:

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?
