The UniFi Phone Touch G3 Touch Wall is an advanced wall phone designed for professional environments, with a sleek design and powerful hardware. It combines ease of use with high-quality audio and video functionality, making it ideal for modern office environments.

Dimensions and design
The phone measures 254.4 x 202.5 x 70.1 mm and weighs 1.1 kg. The body is made of durable polycarbonate with an aluminum alloy base and comes in a stylish black color. The device is specifically designed for wall mounting.

Display
The 7-inch (178 mm) HD display offers a 1280 x 800 resolution and features multi-touch functionality. Thanks to its anti-glare coating, the screen remains easy to read in all lighting conditions.

Audio
The handset features a 32-ohm dynamic receiver with a sensitivity of 121 dB/10 mW. The omnidirectional electret microphone ensures clear conversations, while the stereo hands-free speaker (4 ohms) delivers a nominal power of 3 W and a maximum power of 5 W. Dual omnidirectional MEMS microphones support excellent hands-free communication.

Hardware and connectivity
The G3 Touch Wall is equipped with a powerful octa-core ARM® Cortex®-A53 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. It can be powered by either USB Type-C 5V DC (3A) or PoE+ 44–57V DC (25.5W). It features (2) GbE RJ45 ports, 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® 4.2 for general use, and Bluetooth® 5.2 exclusive to the Ubiquiti G3 Wireless Handset. NFC functionality is also included.

Camera and LED
The integrated 5MP camera (2592 x 1944) has a built-in privacy shutter, and the device features an R/G/B/W LED indicator.

Environmental specifications and certifications
The G3 Touch Wall functions reliably in temperatures ranging from 0 to 40°C and humidity levels of 10 to 90% non-condensing. The device is FCC, IC, and CE certified.

Software
The device runs on UniFi OS and supports the UniFi Talk application, including Talk Relay functionality, for a complete business communications suite.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
