The UniFi Protect G5 Bullet , available from Umatech , is a powerful and reliable security camera designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Thanks to its robust build quality and advanced optical technology, this camera delivers sharp images, day and night.

Dimensions and Housing
The camera has a compact design with a diameter of 75.5 mm and a length of 74.4 mm without a wall mount, or 150 mm with a wall mount. It weighs 225 g without a mount and 315 g with a wall mount. The housing is made of polycarbonate and aluminum alloy, ensuring durability and protection against external influences. With an IPX4 rating, the G5 Bullet is splashproof and resistant to mechanical impact (IK04).

Optics and Image Quality
Equipped with a 5MP CMOS sensor and a fixed lens, the camera offers a viewing angle of 84.4° horizontally, 45.4° vertically, and 99.8° diagonally. It has a resolution of 4MP (2688 x 1512) at 30 frames per second. Built-in IR LEDs and an IR-cut filter ensure clear nighttime images. Supported video compression formats include H.264 and MJPEG. Image settings can be easily adjusted, including color, brightness, contrast, white balance, exposure, and noise reduction (2DNR, 3DNR).

System and Connectivity
The G5 Bullet is powered by a dual-core Arm Cortex-A7 chip and features a 10/100 MbE RJ45 port for network connectivity. The camera supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) with a voltage range of 37–57V DC and a maximum consumption of only 4W. It can be mounted on a wall or pole, and functions reliably in temperatures from -20°C to 40°C (-4°F to 104°F) with humidity up to 90% non-condensing. Certifications: FCC, IC, CE .

Audio and Software
The G5 Bullet features a built-in microphone that can be disabled via software. Management and recording are handled by UniFi Protect , available as a desktop application and a mobile app (iOS and Android).

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
