The UniFi Protect G5 Flex is a versatile, weatherproof security camera that combines high image quality with flexible installation. Designed for use with the UniFi Protect platform, this camera offers reliable performance for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Physical Characteristics
The camera has a compact body with a diameter of 48 mm and a length of 107.5 mm , and weighs only 170 g . The body and mount are made of durable polycarbonate . Thanks to IPX4 weather resistance and IK04 impact resistance, the G5 Flex can withstand splashes and minor shocks, ideal for a variety of mounting applications.

Optics and Video
The G5 Flex is equipped with a 5MP CMOS sensor and a fixed focal length lens that offers a wide field of view: 102.4° horizontally , 54.9° vertically , and 120.6° diagonally . For night shots, the camera features IR LED illumination and an IR cut filter .
The video is compressed in H.264 , at a resolution of 2688 x 1512 at up to 30 FPS . Users can adjust settings such as color, brightness, contrast, white balance, and noise reduction (2DNR, 3DNR).

System and Installation
The camera runs on a dual-core Arm Cortex-A7 processor and has a 10/100 MbE RJ45 port for network connectivity. Power is supplied via Power over Ethernet (PoE) with a voltage range of 37–57V DC and a maximum power consumption of 4W .
Mounting options are versatile: desktop, wall, pole, or hard ceiling (mounting accessories included). Additional ceiling or pipe mounts are available separately. The camera functions reliably within a temperature range of -20°C to 40°C and humidity up to 90% non-condensing .

Audio and Software
The G5 Flex includes a built-in microphone (disableable) for audio recording. The device works seamlessly with UniFi Protect software within the UniFi OS ecosystem and can be managed via the UniFi Protect app for iOS and Android .

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
