The UniFi U7 In-Wall, available from Umatech, is an advanced access point solution designed for reliable and fast network connectivity within any building. With a compact enclosure measuring 137 x 98.7 x 30.2 mm and weighing 400 g, this model combines polycarbonate and aluminum for durability and a sleek finish, while aluminum mounting hardware ensures stable wall installation.

The device features three 1/2.5 GbE RJ45 network ports, one PoE+ input and one PoE output, making it easy to integrate into an existing network. Power is supplied by a UniFi PoE switch within a voltage range of 42.5 to 57V DC, with a maximum power consumption of 13W excluding PoE output and a maximum PoE output of 12W per port.

Wireless coverage is provided by 2x2 MU-MIMO antennas on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, with a maximum data rate of 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 4.3 Gbps on 5 GHz. The antenna gains are 4 dBi and 8 dBi respectively. Support for WiFi 6 and WiFi 7 (802.11ax/be) guarantees high speed and low latency, while advanced wireless security through WPA-PSK, WPA-Enterprise, and PPSK provides optimal protection.

The device can support over 200 concurrent clients, including guest traffic isolation and per-user rate limiting via advanced QoS. Installation is easy thanks to the included wall mount, and the device operates reliably within a temperature range of -30 to 40°C and a humidity range of 5 to 95% non-condensing.

The UniFi U7 In-Wall is compatible with UniFi Network, UniFi OS, and mobile apps for iOS and Android, enabling management and configuration anytime, anywhere. With certifications such as CE, FCC, and IC, this access point meets international quality and safety standards.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.
