The UniFi U7 Pro Wall is a high-performance WiFi 7 access point that offers advanced wireless connectivity for both business and residential use. With its compact design of 150 x 103 x 36 mm and weighing just 580 g, this access point fits virtually anywhere, while its sturdy polycarbonate and aluminum housing ensures optimal durability. It can be easily mounted on a wall with the included hardware, or optionally on a tabletop stand or flush-mounted.
Hardware:
The U7 Pro Wall features one 1/2.5 GbE RJ45 network port and an Ethernet management interface. It is powered via PoE+ (44-57V DC) with a maximum power consumption of 22W, ideal when combined with a UniFi PoE switch. The device supports TX power up to 22 dBm on 2.4 GHz, 26 dBm on 5 GHz, and 23 dBm on 6 GHz, with 2x2 MIMO on all frequencies. Throughput speeds are impressive: 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, 4324 Mbps on 5 GHz, and 5764 Mbps on 6 GHz. Antenna ranges are between 4 and 6 dBi. The access point has white/blue LEDs and a factory reset button. The operating temperature is between -30 and 60° C and the maximum humidity is 5 to 95% non-condensing. Certifications include CE, FCC, and IC.
Software and network functionality:
The U7 Pro Wall supports Wi-Fi standards 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be and advanced security options such as WPA-PSK, WPA-Enterprise, and WPA3/PPSK. Up to eight BSSIDs can be configured per radio, including VLAN 802.1Q and advanced QoS with per-user rate limiting. Guest network isolation is fully supported, and the access point can serve over 300 concurrent users.
Data rates and compatibility:
Support for WiFi 7 (802.11be) offers data rates up to 5.7 Gbps, while WiFi 6 and earlier standards are also fully compatible. The device works with UniFi Network version 8.1 and later, and UniFi OS version 3.2 and later.
