Discover UMATECH's advanced security solutions with the UMA Full HD 5MP Starlight Mini PTZ WiFi Camera. This versatile indoor camera offers crystal-clear images in Full HD resolution of 2880x1620 pixels, even in the darkest conditions thanks to the Starlight image sensor and built-in infrared illumination with a range of 30 meters.

The UMA camera is equipped with a 2.7-13.5mm varifocal lens, giving you a flexible horizontal field of view of 30.6-106.9 degrees. With the ability to pan and tilt, this camera provides comprehensive coverage for any room.

The built-in microphone and speaker allow you to not only capture images but also communicate through the camera. The UMA camera supports recording to a microSD card up to 256GB (not included), so you always have access to your recordings.

The camera is easy to operate using the free UMATECH EZView and EZLive apps, as well as the EZStation software for PC and Mac. Power can be supplied via 12VDC or PoE, with various suitable adapters available under the 'Options' tab.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
