The X-Security XS-NVR2104M-4KH is a compact and powerful 4-channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) that supports up to 4 IP cameras or an IP video intercom system . This recorder is ideal for small-scale surveillance solutions such as homes, offices, shops or practice rooms where reliability and high image quality are required.

The NVR supports Ultra HD 4K recording up to 8 megapixels , with a maximum incoming bandwidth of 80 Mbps . H.265 compression technology significantly reduces storage space and network traffic without compromising image quality.

The recorder is equipped with both HDMI and VGA outputs for direct display on a TV or monitor. You can access live images or recordings anytime, anywhere via the Dahua software (SmartPSS) and the free Dahua app (DMSS). The recorder is brand-independent and therefore also works with IP cameras from other brands (ONVIF-compatible).

Please note: This NVR does not have PoE ports – IP cameras must be powered via an external switch or PoE injector.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
