The X-Security XS-V2101E-IP-V3 can be used as an outdoor station in a Dahua or X-Security intercom system with one or more indoor monitors or stand alone. The vandal-resistant doorbell features IR night vision, SIP protocol, a rotatable viewing direction of the lens and the option to power via the network cable with PoE. <strong>Possibilities</strong> The outdoor station has a 720p HD camera with a very wide viewing angle of 100 degrees horizontally. The viewing direction can be rotated 45 degrees to the left or right. The doorbell is equipped with an ICR infrared filter for clear images. Naturally, the VTO has a sensitive omnidirectional microphone and a speaker for clear audio. In addition to use with the mobile app, the X-Security XS-V2101E-IP-V3 can be used with one or more intercom indoor monitors. As soon as the doorbell button is pressed, the outdoor station sends an immediate push notification to the smartphone and rings any indoor monitor. Live images can be viewed at any time using the app or the indoor monitor. The outdoor station can be configured and managed via the built-in web interface using a browser on a Windows PC. The VTO works with the free smartPSS Dahua Video Management Software (VMS) for Windows. It is possible to record images via the RTSP video stream to a NAS (e.g., Synology via Surveillance Station) or Network Video Recorder (NVR). The outdoor station has a built-in relay that can be wired to an electric door lock to remotely unlock a door. A separately available external RS485 relay (Dahua DEE1010B) can be connected to unlock a second door or, for example, a gate. The DEE1010B relay can also be used as the sole relay and installed inside the building for additional security. The appropriate relay is listed under 'Options'. The X-Security XS-V2101E-IP-V3 also has an alarm input and a tamper switch. <strong>Mounting</strong> The Dahua X-Security XS-V2101E-IP-V3 has a robust metal housing with an IK10 classification against external mechanical influences (vandal resistance / EN 62262 standard). The doorbell is a surface-mounted model. The Dahua VTO can be powered with a 12VDC adapter (not included) or with Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af). A suitable 12VDC adapter can be ordered under the 'Options' tab. For ease of installation, we recommend ordering a DC connector (female).
