The UMA XS-V2202E-IP is an advanced 2-megapixel Full HD outdoor IP video intercom designed for seamless integration into your security system. Featuring a network cable connection with PoE support and a 2-wire connection, this intercom offers versatile installation options.

Excellent Functionality

The UMA XS-V2202E-IP features a wide 160-degree field of view and a high-quality 2-megapixel Full HD image sensor. Thanks to the built-in infrared LED illumination, you can see clearly even at night. The intercom has a microphone and speaker for crystal-clear communication, both via an indoor monitor and worldwide via the smartphone app. Connect the system to an electric door lock to open doors remotely.

The UMA XS-V2202E-IP works perfectly with an intercom indoor monitor, but can also function independently with the smartphone app.

Easy Installation

Made of durable aluminum, the UMA XS-V2202E-IP is vandal-resistant (IK07). Choose between flush-mounting with the VTM114 housing or surface-mounting with the Dahua VTM115 housing (both sold separately). The intercom can be connected to the network via a network cable and powered with 802.3af PoE. There is also an option for a two-wire connection to the Dahua VTNS1006A-2 switch (not included). Please note: cables are not included.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
