The Ajax MotionCam White only works with the AJAX Hub 2, Hub 2 PLUS, or Hub Hybrid (Hub 2 and Hub 2 PLUS are listed under "Options"). The detector uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect motion within a range of up to 12 meters. As soon as motion is detected, the camera immediately sends images to the Hub. Thanks to an advanced algorithm, the MotionCam distinguishes human movements from pets or objects.
