The Dahua IPC-HDW3541EM-S-S2-B is the black version of the IPC-HDW3541EM-S-S2. This black Full HD 5-megapixel eyeball Starlight Lite AI camera with a highly light-sensitive image sensor and 50-meter infrared night vision, a built-in microphone, 120dB WDR, PoE power, and microSD card slot is ideal for indoor or outdoor use.
The camera belongs to the Dahua Lite AI series, featuring an artificial intelligence chip that supports intelligent features such as perimeter protection and Smart Motion Detection 4.0 (SMD 4.0). SMD ensures reliable motion detection by filtering out objects, minimizing false alarms caused by things like pets, leaves, light, or other disturbances. The advanced AI also supports quick searches of recorded video by recognizing and classifying people and vehicles.
Possibilities
The Dahua IPC-HDW3541EM-S-S2-B delivers images in Full HD resolution of 2960x1668. The camera has a fixed 2.8mm lens with a 97-degree horizontal field of view. Thanks to Dahua Starlight technology, the camera is ideal for use in challenging lighting conditions. Even in very low light (0.005 lux), the camera still produces usable color images. In complete darkness (0 lux), the built-in IR illumination activates, with a range of 50 meters.
The camera features an automatic IR-cut filter for day/night use, 120dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) for backlit situations, and supports storage on a microSD card up to 256GB (not included) or on an NVR. It has a built-in microphone. The camera is easy to manage via the free Dutch app (iOS and Android), the built-in web interface, or Dahua's Video Management Software (VMS). The camera is IP67-rated, making it ideal for outdoor use.
For installation, the camera can be powered via Power over Ethernet (802.3af PoE) or with an optional 12V power adapter. Under the "Options" tab, you can specify whether an adapter or mounting bracket is required. The camera is adjustable over three axes and is therefore also suitable for wall mounting.
