The Dahua IPC-HFW2431S-S-S2-DG, now available from UMATECH, is an advanced 4MP Starlight outdoor bullet camera in a stylish dark gray. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, this camera offers excellent security solutions for homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, and commercial spaces.

Excellent Image Quality

With a Full HD resolution of 2688x1520 and 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), the camera delivers clear images even in challenging lighting conditions such as backlight or headlights. Thanks to Dahua Starlight Technology, the camera captures color images in very low ambient light (0.008 lux) and automatically switches to infrared night vision in complete darkness, with a range of up to 30 meters.

Flexible Storage Options

Images can be easily saved to a Network Video Recorder (NVR) or directly to a microSD card in the camera, with a capacity of up to 256GB. Manage and view the camera via the internal web server or use the free Dahua app for iOS and Android.

Sustainable and Versatile

With an IP67 rating, this camera is ideal for outdoor use. Installation is easy thanks to Power over Ethernet (PoE) or an optional 12VDC adapter. The camera is adjustable on three axes for optimal positioning.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?
