The UMATECH KTD01L(S) is a complete 2-wire IP video doorbell kit, perfect for anyone looking to upgrade their security. This kit includes a VTO2202F-P-S2 outdoor station and a VTH5422HW indoor monitor in a stylish white housing. The kit also includes a VTNS1001B-2 2-wire switch with a power adapter and a VTM115 surface-mount housing for the outdoor station. Additional cables and a PC or Mac for initial configuration are required for installation.

The VTO2202F-P-S2 outdoor station features a 2-megapixel Full HD camera with a wide 160-degree field of view and infrared LED illumination for night vision. Thanks to the built-in microphone and speaker, you can make clear video calls from anywhere in the world via the app on your smartphone. The system also supports connection to an electric door lock for easy remote access.

The VTH5422HW indoor monitor features a 7-inch glass touchscreen and offers both a two-wire connection and a network cable option. This makes it ideal for upgrading older doorbell or intercom systems, allowing existing wiring to be reused for both the audio/video signal and the power supply.

The VTNS1001B-2-A switch makes it easy to replace old intercom systems with a modern IP video intercom system, without the need for new wiring. The VTM115 surface-mount housing provides robust protection for the outdoor station.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
