The Dahua VTH2621G-P, now available from UMATECH as the UMA, is an advanced indoor video intercom monitor with a stylish 7-inch glass touchscreen. Specifically designed for use within the Dahua IP video intercom system, this monitor offers an impressive 1024x600 pixel resolution in an elegant black housing.

Features

With the UMA indoor monitor, you can easily conduct audio and video calls with visitors at an outdoor station or communicate between multiple monitors. You can unlock up to two doors directly from the monitor. You can also view live feeds from Dahua or ONVIF-compatible IP cameras, so you always stay informed about what's happening around your property.

The monitor features a modern capacitive touchscreen, similar to that of today's smartphones, providing an intuitive and responsive user experience. You can combine multiple outdoor stations and indoor monitors for a fully integrated system.

Assembly

The UMA indoor monitor is designed for easy wall mounting and can be connected via a network cable. The device can be powered with standard PoE or 12VDC (power supply not included). A convenient mounting bracket is included for easy installation.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
