Combine the UMA VTO2000A-C camera module with various other modules, such as a keypad or card reader, for a fully customized system. Don't forget to add the necessary indoor monitors and the special Dahua PoE switch (VTNS1060A) for a complete installation.

Expansion possibilities

With the UMA VTO2000A-B5, you can easily add five additional push buttons with name displays to your outdoor station. The UMA VTO2000A-C connects via a single network cable to the Dahua PoE switch, which provides both data and power. Combine multiple outdoor stations and indoor monitors for a comprehensive network. The Dahua IP switch offers six ports, allowing you to connect up to six devices. For larger installations, multiple switches can be connected in a network.

Easy installation

Mount the outdoor station with the flush-mount housing VTOB111 or VTOB112, or choose surface-mounting with the VTOB113 or VTOB114. The required front panels, VTOF002 or VTOF003, are available separately. Connect the UMA VTO2000A-C to the Dahua switch and connect it to your existing network. The necessary cables for module connections are included with the front panels.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
