The Dahua UMA is a versatile outdoor station module for use in the UMATECH modular IP intercom system. This flexible system offers the option of combining 2, 3, or 9 individual modules. The UMA camera module is essential and can be combined with modules such as a keypad, card reader, or a 5-button module. For a complete modular IP video intercom system, one or more indoor monitors and a special Dahua PoE switch (VTNS1060A) are required, which are available separately.

Possibilities

The Dahua UMA allows you to add an additional module to the outdoor station for integration or installation of third-party equipment. The system supports multiple outdoor stations and indoor monitors. The required Dahua IP switch (VTNS1060A) has 6 ports, allowing you to combine up to 6 outdoor stations and/or indoor monitors. For larger systems, multiple switches can be cascaded.

Assembly

The outdoor station can be flush-mounted with the VTOB111 (for 2 modules) or VTOB112 (for 3 modules), or surface-mounted with the VTOB113 (for 2 modules) or VTOB114 (for 3 modules). Front panels such as the VTOF002 (for 2 modules) or VTOF003 (for 3 modules) are available separately. The UMA is connected to the Dahua switch with a network cable, which is then connected to your existing network. Cables for interconnecting the intercom modules and the RJ-45 adapter cable for the UMA are only supplied with the VTOF002 and VTOF003. Network cables are not included.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
