The Dahua VTO3211D-P4-S2 is a surface-mounted IP video intercom outdoor station with 4 pushbuttons, a 2-megapixel camera, and a Mifare card reader for controlling an electric door lock. The device is easily powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE, 802.3af) and is vandal-resistant, making it ideal for apartment buildings with four units, offices, or home-based practices.

Possibilities
The outdoor station features an HD camera with a wide 140-degree viewing angle and an ICR infrared filter for night vision. The robust aluminum design is IP65-rated, making it suitable for outdoor use. The built-in microphone and speaker enable clear two-way communication.

The VTO3211D-P4-S2 works both with a Dahua indoor monitor and as a standalone device via the free Dahua mobile app. Users can view live video, communicate, and unlock doors remotely, for example, using a Mifare card or the app. There's a built-in relay for electric door locks, and an optional external RS485 relay (DEE1010B) can be connected to control a second door or gate.

The device also supports an exit button for opening doors from the inside. Images and messages can be stored on a microSD card up to 64 GB or uploaded to an FTP server. Recording to an NVR is also possible. Management and configuration are performed via the web interface (browser) or through Dahua's smartPSS software for Windows and the mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Assembly
The VTO3211D-P4-S2 can be powered via PoE or an optional 12VDC adapter. Compatible adapters, PoE injectors, switches, and DC connectors are available separately. Note: This model is not compatible with the Dahua VTNS1060A intercom switch.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?
