The Dahua VTO3221E-P is an IP video intercom outdoor station with a 2-megapixel camera, a keypad, and a Mifare card reader for controlling an electric door lock. The Dahua VTO3221E-P can be easily powered with 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) or 12VDC. The outdoor station is vandal-resistant.

Possibilities
The outdoor station features a 2-megapixel HD camera with an ultra-wide 140-degree field of view. It has a white LED light for color images in dark conditions. It does not have infrared night vision. The housing is made of sturdy aluminum and has an IP55 rating for outdoor use. The VTO3221E-P has a sensitive omnidirectional microphone and a speaker for clear communication.

The outdoor station must be used in conjunction with a Dahua indoor monitor. Dahua offers a free mobile app (iOS and Android) for video calls and remote door or gate unlocking. Live video is available at any time via the app or the indoor monitor.

The unit features a built-in relay that can be wired to an electric door lock. Unlocking can be done remotely, with a Mifare card, or via PIN code. External accessories can also be connected, such as the RS485 relay (Dahua DEE1010B) for a second door or additional security, or an exit button for opening from the inside. Configuration and management are performed via a built-in web interface in a browser on Windows or Mac.

The VTO3221E-P is compatible with the free Dahua smartPSS Video Management Software (VMS). Camera footage can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR).

Assembly
The Dahua VTO3221E-P can be powered via a 12VDC adapter (not included) or via PoE (802.3af). This model is not compatible with the Dahua VTNS1060A intercom switch. Surface mounting requires the VTM117, while flush mounting requires the VTM116 (housing available as an option).

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?
