The Dahua VTO3311Q-WP is a surface-mounted IP video intercom with 1, 2, and 4 buttons, featuring a 2-megapixel camera and a Mifare card reader for controlling an electric door lock. The Dahua VTO3311Q-WP can be easily powered with 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) and also connects wirelessly to Wi-Fi. The outdoor station is vandal-resistant.
Possibilities
The outdoor station features a 2-megapixel HD camera with a wide 125-degree field of view and is equipped with an ICR infrared filter for clear night vision. The Dahua VTO3311Q-WP is made of sturdy aluminum and is IP65-rated for outdoor use. Naturally, the VTO3311Q-WP also includes a sensitive omnidirectional microphone and a speaker for clear communication.
The VTO3311Q-WP can be used in conjunction with a Dahua indoor monitor or as a standalone device using just the free Dahua mobile app. Live images can be viewed at any time using the app or indoor monitor.
The outdoor station has a built-in relay that can be wired to an electric door lock to unlock a door remotely, or by inserting a Mifare card into the outdoor station. Suitable Mifare tags and cards can be found under the "Options" tab.
A separately available external RS485 relay (Dahua DEE1010B) can be connected to unlock a second door or gate, for example. The DEE1010B relay can also be used as the sole relay and installed inside the building for additional security.
It's possible to connect an exit button to the outdoor station to unlock a door for exiting. Suitable exit buttons can be found in the "Access Control" category under "Access."
We have the latest firmware available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, German, and Portuguese. The outdoor station can be configured and managed via the built-in web interface using a browser on a Windows PC.
The VTO3311Q-WP is compatible with the free smartPSS Dahua Video Management Software (VMS) for Windows and the mobile app for iOS and Android. The VTO3311Q-WP supports a microSD card up to 256GB for recording snapshots and audio/video messages. Compatible microSD cards are listed under "Options." Uploading images to an FTP server is also possible. The camera's images can also be recorded to a Network Video Recorder (NVR).
Assembly
The Dahua VTO3311Q-WP can be powered with a 12VDC adapter (not included) or with Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af). A suitable 12VDC adapter can be ordered under the "Options" tab. For ease of installation, we recommend ordering a female DC connector. This DC connector can be found under the "Options" tab. The "Options" tab also lists several suitable PoE injectors and switches.
The VTO also comes with a suitable, optional small rain cover and a call button cover. The call button cover allows you to choose between one, two, or four call buttons. A red/brown (VTM58) or blue (VTM57) surface-mounted housing can also be used. The surface-mounted housing is listed under "Options."
