The Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1 is a powerful and flexible IP video intercom camera module , designed as the base unit for the modular Hikvision intercom system. This outdoor module is ideal for apartments, houses, or commercial buildings where clear communication, video images, and expandability are essential.

The built-in 2MP Full HD camera with an ultra-wide 180° horizontal field of view provides a full view of the entrance, even when visitors are standing close to the door. Thanks to the infrared night vision function, you have a clear image day and night.

The module is powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet) , allowing for simple and clean installation with a single network cable. The robust IP65 housing makes this unit suitable for all weather conditions.

This camera unit is fully modular and expandable with other Hikvision intercom modules such as doorbells, nameplates, keypads or RFID readers, allowing you to fully customize your system.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
