Hikvision DS-KV8402-IM – Professional 4-button IP Video Intercom Outdoor Door Station

The Hikvision DS-KV8402-IM is a powerful and professional IP intercom station for apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and multi-unit access control. This premium Pro Series model is designed for projects where reliability, scalability, and integration with existing networks are essential.

The aluminum housing and IP65 certification make the device suitable for outdoor installation in all weather conditions, while the embedded Linux OS ensures stable operation and low latency in video communication. Thanks to the four physical buttons, this model is ideal for properties with multiple occupants or units, where each button can be individually assigned to an indoor station or apartment.

The station supports various integrations thanks to RS-485, multiple I/O ports, and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet , and can be directly connected to electric locks, relay modules, and Hikvision indoor stations. Power can be supplied via 24V DC or via network cabling in combination with Hikvision KAD units, making installation easy without the need for separate power supplies for each device.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
