The UniFi Intercom Viewer , available from Umatech , is an advanced and elegant solution for modern access control. Designed with attention to detail and reliability, this device offers a bright touchscreen, excellent audio features, and seamless integration with UniFi Access systems.

Compact and durable design
Measuring 135 x 72 x 31.8 mm and weighing just 168 grams , the Intercom Viewer fits effortlessly into any environment. The enclosure is constructed of glass and polycarbonate , while the mounting hardware is made of high-quality aluminum alloy for optimal strength. Wall mounting is fully supported (mounting hardware included); gangbox mounting is possible, but the gangbox itself is not included.

Powerful hardware
The UniFi Intercom Viewer features a 10/100 Mbps RJ45 network port with an Ethernet management interface . Power is supplied via Power over Ethernet (PoE) with a voltage range of 48V DC and a maximum power consumption of 5W .
The 12.7 cm (5”) capacitive multi-touch screen has a resolution of 720 x 1280 (9:16) and a brightness of 300 nits , making images appear sharp and clear.
The built-in microphone and speaker ensure crystal-clear communication, while a factory reset button allows for easy management.

Reliable in any environment
The Intercom Viewer operates reliably at temperatures from -10 to 40°C and 5–95% humidity (non-condensing) . It is fully CE, FCC, and IC certified , guaranteeing optimal safety and quality.

The UniFi Intercom Viewer is managed through UniFi Access (version 1.22.17 or later) , providing users with a unified and intuitive interface for installing, monitoring, and maintaining their access systems.

Is there a warranty on this product?

You naturally have the right to have your products working properly. If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repairs, a new product, or a refund. There is no statutory warranty period in the Netherlands. That's why we offer an extended warranty for each product. See below for the applicable warranty period for this product:

What happens if I change my mind?

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within those 14 days, you can return your product without giving a reason, provided it meets the return policy .

How quickly do you ship?

At UMATECH, we work with a large network of suppliers and our own warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. To offer our customers the widest possible range, we make strict agreements with suppliers and maintain stock in our warehouse. We work every weekday and ship orders daily at 5:00 PM for next-day delivery (usually). There are several options for your order:

1. Your product is in stock in Amsterdam: Great! If you order before 5 PM, we'll ship your order the same day.

2. Available from EU suppliers: Suppliers in Europe ship to our warehouse the same day before 12:00. If the shipping time is 2-3 days, it most likely means your order has to be shipped from a European country to our warehouse before we can process it.

3. Non-EU supplier: Sometimes it can take up to 10 days for an EU supplier to replenish their own stock. We, in turn, have to wait for that as well.

4. Available from non-EU suppliers: UMATECH also buys directly from the manufacturer. This is usually outside Europe and made-to-order. In other words, the items are only produced once we place the order. This means it takes several weeks for us to receive them. Can you wait that long? Great! If not, let us know and we'll discuss the options.

With over 5,000 products, we do our utmost to inform our customers as thoroughly as possible in advance. If something does take longer, we'll contact you immediately to discuss the options.

Can I pay by invoice?

Regular business customers can pay by invoice. A customized arrangement will be made for this. Therefore, if you are interested, please email us at info@uma-tech.com.
