RFID/NFC readers

With an RFID or NFC reader you open doors quickly, securely and without physical keys. Whether it's a commercial building, apartment block or private home: a tag, key fob or card gives every user controlled access. At UMATECH you'll find compact readers for indoor use, rugged IP65 models for outdoors and versions with a built-in controller.

Our readers work at 13.56 MHz (MIFARE) or 125 kHz and support protocols such as Wiegand, RS485 and TCP/IP. Read speed is lightning fast (<0.2 s) and the range is adjustable for extra security. Combine them with standalone controllers or cloud systems for real-time management.

Extra features such as backlit keys, tamper contacts, buzzer feedback and anti-passback make operation secure and user-friendly. Some models integrate directly with intercoms, barriers or gate operators.

Need a housing? Choose flush, surface or an anti-vandal frame in aluminium or stainless steel. Connection is simple via colour-coded wires or RJ45, and with our preconfigured templates installation takes about 30 minutes.
