Electric rim locks

An electric rim lock is the ideal solution where mortising into the door or frame isn't possible or wanted – think existing wooden doors, gates, garage doors or metal fences. At UMATECH you'll find robust rim locks that are easy to fit and work with any access control system.

Our models are suitable for:

• Inward or outward opening doors
• Single or double doors
• Left and right-handed (reversible latch)
• 12 V or 24 V DC/AC power

Choose from:

• Mechanical + electric models (including key cylinder)
• Fully electric versions for operation via keypad, tag reader or intercom
• With or without locking delay and status feedback

The housing is usually impact-resistant steel with an anti-vandal design, supplied with keeper and fixings. Installation is quick, with minimal changes to door or frame.
