What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, G-Pay, and almost any credit card. Business customers can order by invoice. Please send us an email if you'd like to use this option.

What is your return policy?

We distinguish between several factors. Is it a defective product? Does it not meet your expectations? Or have you simply changed your mind? In almost all cases, a statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies. See our returns policy for the full terms and conditions.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

What are you still doing here? Contact us right away before we even pack and ship your order!

Technical question

Can you install my order?

UMATECH is not (yet) an installer. We are happy to supply installers or experienced DIYers. Much of our product range requires some technical knowledge. However, we also have many products that only require four screws, such as smart home solutions.

Please send an email to info@uma-tech.com. We'll try to answer your question as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases, we may have to forward the question to our supplier, and it may sometimes take longer for you to receive a response.

Do you ship internationally?

UMATECH serves the Dutch, Belgian, and German markets. We're happy to deliver outside of these countries, but a separate quote is required. Contact us with what you'd like to order and where it's shipped to, and we'll make sure it's taken care of.

How can I track my order?

We partner with Sendcloud. Once your package has been scanned at the delivery point, you'll be kept informed every step of the way.

My order still hasn't been shipped

There's a good chance we didn't have your product in stock and had to order it from the supplier. We provide delivery times for each product as accurately as possible in advance. Please contact us to see if there's a possibility of an alternative that we do have in stock.
