Ajax FireProtect 2 (RB) – Heat, Smoke & CO Detector – Wireless – 85 dB

This smart wireless fire and carbon monoxide detector is part of the Ajax Baseline alarm system and provides comprehensive protection against smoke, heat and CO, depending on the version chosen. With instant notifications in the Ajax app and a powerful built-in 85 dB siren, you are always alerted quickly in case of danger.

The detector communicates with the hub via the reliable Jeweller radio protocol and can be installed up to 1700 metres away (line of sight). Automatic self-tests, tamper protection and a patented, dust-resistant smoke chamber keep the detector reliable for years with minimal maintenance. The replaceable batteries (main and backup) mean you do not have to replace the device after a few years of use.

Features

Depending on the variant, the detector can be used as a:

• Smoke and heat detector
• Heat detector
• Carbon monoxide detector
• Heat and carbon monoxide detector
• Combined smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detector

When it detects smoke, a rapid rise in temperature or dangerous CO concentrations, the detector sends a notification to the app within one second and sounds its built-in alarm. The HazeFlow 2 algorithm helps prevent false alarms caused by steam or water vapour.
