Ajax GlassProtect – Wireless Glass Break Detector – 9 m – 180°

Compact glass break detector for Ajax Baseline systems
This wireless glass break detector protects windows and glazed surfaces using a sensitive electret microphone. The sound of breaking or tampered glass is detected instantly at distances of up to approx. 9 m, after which an alarm is sent to the Hub. Thanks to its compact design, the detector can be fitted discreetly in both homes and commercial premises.

Features
The detector works with all Ajax Hub control panels and range extenders and can be installed up to 1000 m (line of sight) from the Hub. In the user-friendly Ajax app you can easily adjust the sensitivity and other settings, manage multiple users and receive instant event notifications. In integrated systems you can also view live video and check the status of all security devices.

Intelligent filtering prevents false alarms: ambient sounds such as traffic or pets are recognised and ignored. The device also offers extensive tamper protection, including manipulation and jamming detection, so the system keeps working reliably even if someone attempts to interfere with it.

The glass break detector is supplied with a pre-installed long-life battery and a mounting panel, so installation is quick and easy for installers and end users alike.
