Ajax LeaksProtect – Wireless Water Leak Detector – IP65 – 1300 m

This ultra-compact wireless water leak detector is designed specifically for the Ajax Baseline alarm system and protects your home, office or commercial premises against water damage from leaks and flooding. As soon as the sensor detects water, it immediately sends a signal to the Hub and you receive a notification in the Ajax app, so you can take action straight away.

Features
The detector can simply be placed loose anywhere water problems may occur, for example next to the washing machine, dishwasher, central heating boiler, water heater or in the basement. It operates within a range of up to 1300 m (line of sight) from the Ajax Hub and is compatible with all Hubs and range extenders in the Ajax alarm system.

Combined with Ajax WaterStop, the water supply can be shut off automatically as soon as a leak is detected. In the Ajax app you can set up scenarios such as automatically closing the main valve on alarm, manual control or switching according to a schedule. You can also assign the sensor to specific rooms, so you can see at a glance where the leak is and send a plumber straight to the right location.

The IP65 enclosure protects against moisture and dust, so the sensor can operate continuously and reliably. Tamper protection plus manipulation and jamming detection ensure secure operation. If the sensor is moved, a warning appears in the app immediately. The two pre-installed batteries last up to five years and are easy to replace.
