The Ajax WaterStop Black 1/2" is an essential component of the Ajax security system. Possibilities
The Ajax WaterStop Black 1/2" is a compact, wireless water stop with a 1/2" (21.3 mm) connection that can be easily installed on existing drainage systems. This water stop allows you to remotely close a valve within five seconds, in conjunction with the Ajax LeaksProtect or an external water leak detector, to prevent leaks or flooding. The powerful actuator ensures that the valve closes quickly and efficiently. The Ajax WaterStop must be installed within 1100 meters (open space) of the central hub.
The Ajax WaterStop is suitable for both homes and building complexes. The Ajax app, which manages the entire alarm system, allows you to configure the rooms where the Ajax LeaksProtect is located. This allows you to respond quickly and automatically to leaks within your building.
The Ajax app allows you to fully manage the Ajax WaterStop. You can receive notifications, set scenarios, and switch the water stop on and off. There's also an on/off button on the device itself. The valve complies with the ISO 5211 standard and is protected against overheating up to 120 degrees Celsius. The housing has IP-56 protection and tamper protection, and the system is suitable for both cold and hot water pipes.
The Ajax WaterStop is made of solid brass and comes with four pre-installed batteries with a maximum lifespan of three years. The device can also be powered by a 9-12V power supply. The system is protected against tampering, manipulation, and jamming and includes a Bonomi Industries shutoff valve.
