Key features of the Dahua TiOC S5

1. 4K Ultra HD resolution (8 megapixels)

Thanks to the 1/2.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor, this camera delivers images at a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. This produces crystal-clear recordings in which faces and number plates can be recognised even at greater distances.

2. TiOC: three technologies in one

The S5 series is known for three core functions:

  • Full colour: thanks to the large aperture and powerful white LEDs, you get a colour image even in complete darkness.
  • Active deterrence: intruder detected? The camera immediately activates a red-blue flashing light and a powerful siren (or a custom voice message) to drive unwanted visitors away before they strike.
  • Artificial intelligence (WizSense): advanced algorithms distinguish between people and vehicles, keeping false alarms caused by leaves or animals to a minimum.

3. Smart AI functions: AcuPick and SMD 4.0

This camera is equipped with Dahua’s latest AI technologies:

  • AcuPick: search recorded footage for specific people or vehicles in seconds.
  • SMD 4.0 (Smart Motion Detection): an improved version of motion detection that filters even more accurately for relevant objects.
  • AI SSA: the camera automatically adapts to changing conditions such as rain, fog or backlight for the best possible image.

4. Two-way audio and built-in microphones

The camera has two built-in microphones and a speaker. This lets you listen in and also talk directly to a visitor (or intruder) via the DMSS app on your smartphone.
