Dahua NVR2108HC-W – 8-Channel Wi-Fi NVR – Wi-Fi 6 – 16 MP

The Dahua NVR2108HC-W is an 8-channel network video recorder (NVR) with built-in Wi-Fi 6 for recording and managing footage from IP cameras. Wireless cameras pair with the recorder automatically, and you can also connect the NVR to your network by cable via the RJ-45 port. The recorder supports cameras up to 16 MP, handles 80 Mbps of incoming bandwidth and holds one SATA hard drive of up to 20 TB. Smart H.265+ reduces the storage space you need.

The recorder runs SMD Plus itself on 4 channels: motion detection with an extra filter for people and vehicles, so leaves, rain and changes in lighting cause fewer false alarms. With compatible cameras you can also use perimeter protection on all channels. You view live video via HDMI (up to 4K) or VGA in a 1, 4, 8 or 9-split layout, and you can play back up to 8 channels simultaneously. For remote viewing, use the web interface or the app for iOS and Android, and add cameras from other brands via ONVIF (Profile T/S/G). The NVR runs on 12 V DC and consumes less than 6 W without a hard drive.
