The Dahua SD1A404DB-GNY is a Full HD 4MP Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) dome camera from the WizSense series with Starlight Technology for indoor and outdoor use. The camera features audio input/output, 4x optical zoom, and 120dB WDR. It also offers in-camera recording to a microSD card (not included). The camera can tilt, rotate, and zoom (pan/tilt/zoom) and is ideal for use in homes, offices, restaurants, hotels, and commercial spaces.
Possibilities
The Dahua SD1A404DB-GNY displays images in Full HD 2560x1440 resolution. The camera features Dahua Starlight Technology, making it ideal for applications with challenging lighting conditions. It also has a built-in automatic IR-cut filter. Thanks to its highly light-sensitive image sensor, the camera delivers usable images with minimal ambient light, even in near-total darkness (0.005 lux). The camera has built-in infrared night vision up to 20 meters and 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), allowing it to easily handle complex lighting conditions such as backlight from the sun or car headlights. The camera features Dahua SMD 3.0 Smart Motion Detection. This smart motion detection utilizes advanced object recognition and analysis algorithms to accurately distinguish between people and other objects, such as animals and vehicles. This minimizes false alarms. Images can be stored on a Network Video Recorder (NVR), among other devices. The camera also features in-camera recording on a microSD memory card up to 512GB. Dahua offers a free Dutch app for Apple iOS and Android. The camera has an internal web server that can be viewed and managed with a web browser. The SD1A404DB-GNY has an IP66 rating, making it suitable for outdoor use. It is also vandal-resistant (IK08 rating). Suitable mounting brackets are listed under the "Options" tab. For ease of installation, the camera can be powered via the network cable using Power over Ethernet (standard 802.3af PoE). PoE can be obtained through a PoE NVR, a PoE switch, or with a PoE injector. The camera can also be powered with an optional 12V power adapter.
